In June of 2010, six experienced Realtors embarked on a powerful partnership by creating COLDWELL BANKER, The Amelia Group. The strong dynamic of 6 teams of experienced Realtors ended their inaugural year in the top spot in listings and sales in 2010 over the entire Nassau County MLS.
2011 proved a success and again we finished first in both listing and sales for the entire MLS with a total of $68 million in closed sales and 15.6% of the market. Currently, as an office, we have over $104 million in listed property which is far and above any other real estate office in MLS.
On the Amelia Island Plantation, the group closed over $17.5 million in real estate in 2011 and over $16 million in 2010. Currently, the group has just under $32 million of listed real estate on AIP, alone.
Consistently, COLDWELL BANKER, The Amelia Group ranks in the top 20 of all similarly sized offices over the entire United States and the top 5 in the state of Florida.
